jasmine and santana offered great help. they found my luggage at a nearby hotel. jasmine ensured i got it back! santana is a great driver! i appreciated their assistance.

The lobby has water refreshment available. the staff at the front desk was very friendly. i also appreciated the tv screen downstairs. It displayed flight times. the complimentary airport shuttle was essential for me.
the noise from the motorway was noticeable, even inside the room. it sounded like i was right next to it, and it made sleeping difficult. i suggest avoiding rooms facing that side for a quieter stay.

the front desk staff was friendly, especially ned and celesia. i found the shuttle service very good and prompt. my room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. the restaurant served food until late, a real plus for late arrivals (like me!).
the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy.

jasmine and Santana were great. someone found my luggage at a hotel nearby. jasmine made sure i got it back. Santana is a great driver.
the lobby area seemed a little untidy. i saw staff use this area for meetings.
